My order showed up in this super flimsy box, and one of the items was already leaking a little. Everything inside looked like it had just been thrown in there and hoped for the best. I mean, for what I paid, is it really too much to ask for decent packaging? Frustrating, honestly.

This was a bad first impression. A discount popped up while I was shopping, but when I got to checkout, it just wouldn’t apply. I contacted support and they sent me another link, but that had the exact same issue. It felt kind of like a bait-and-switch, and it definitely put me off. I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

I gave it a try, but i’m not sure it made much of a difference for us. Maybe it works better for others, but we didn’t really notice any real change...

I gave this to my dog every day for about a month, mixed right in with his food, but I didn’t see any change. His legs still seemed just as stiff, especially after getting up from his bed, and his joints didn’t seem any better.

I really wanted this to help with my dog’s seizures, especially after the claims made it sound like it would actually make a difference. Unfortunately, nothing changed. My dog still had seizures just like before, so it felt like another broken promise

Every time I actually need something, it’s out of stock. Like, how is it never available at the exact moment I’m ready to buy? Make it make sense

I tried Honest Paws with my senior dog, hoping it might help, but he ended up with bad diarrhea and seemed unusually tired afterward. I stopped giving it to him right away, and thankfully he was back to normal a couple days later. I know every dog reacts differently, but after seeing how it affected him, I personally wouldn’t take the chance again. Not something I’d buy again for my pet

A friend recommended this to me, so I was hoping it would work well, but the effects only lasted maybe an hour before everything felt back to normal again. Kind of disappointing.

I got irritated trying to shop on honestpaws.com. The pages felt slow, the filters kept clearing out on me, and checkout made me type things in again, which was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Maybe some parts of the site are fine, but the annoying stuff stood out way more. After a while I just gave up, especially on my phone, because the whole thing felt clunky.

The product itself was totally fine, and I didn’t really have any complaints there. I guess I just wasn’t expecting the subscription side of things to be such a pain, or maybe I missed something when I first signed up.

I tried to change my shipping date, but I couldn’t figure out where that option was supposed to be. I clicked around for a while and eventually had to reach out to support. They were helpful once I got in touch, but the whole thing took longer than it felt like it needed to.

I’d probably order again, but I wish the subscription page was more straightforward. It’s just annoying when auto orders feel hard to adjust, especially when you’re not totally sure what step you’re missing

I did notice my dog’s coat looking a bit healthier, so I’ll give it credit for that. But the main reason I tried it was for the itchy skin, and that hasn’t really improved. At this point, I’m disappointed and may need to follow up with customer service because it didn’t address the issue I bought it for.

So, I tried these chews for my older dog, after a few days he just seemed kind of off. Like, he was barely touching his food, which is not really normal for him. I stopped giving them to him, and, well, his appetite came back quickly. Shipping was totally fine and all, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t buy these again.

I dunno, it was a bit hit or miss for me. One bottle seemed to work good, then the next one barely felt like it did anything. Just didn’t feel very consistent.

I don’t know, the dropper markings are just really hard to read, so figuring out the right dose took way longer than it should’ve. It ended up being more frustrating than I expected...

The delivery was a mess. The wording made it sound like my package would arrive much sooner, but it showed up late and I barely got any real updates along the way. Frustrating when the info makes you expect one thing and then the actual service is completely different.

When I reached out/asked about it, I felt kind of talked down to, like I wasn’t using it right or didn’t understand my own dog. Frustrating overall, and it ended up feeling like a waste of money.

After a while my brain just went, “No reply probably means nobody’s actually looking at this,” which made the whole thing feel even more annoying. When they finally did respond, it seemed like they skimmed my email instead of actually reading what I asked.

I’m usually fine waiting a bit, but this dragged on for days over something that should’ve been a quick answer. It turned into this back-and-forth where I kept having to explain the same thing, and at that point I just assumed the process was messy. Definitely not a great experience
